What we collect, and what we do with it.

What the two forms collect

From the waiting-list form, three things and nothing else:

• The email address you type.
• The band you pick — how many clients you coach today. A band, not a number.
• The language you read the page in, and when you sent it.

From the contact form, five, and one is optional:

• The name and email address you write.
• The subject you choose, out of five.
• The message you write.
• The client band, if you decide to give it. It is the only optional field.
• The language you read the page in, and the moment you sent it.

What is not here

No tracking cookies, no analytics tool, no pixel, no external service. This page and its two forms talk to nobody but our database. The only cookie you might have is the one remembering the language you chose.

Where it goes

In two tables of our database, hosted in Europe. No application role can read them: the only way to write is the form, and the only reader is an internal console one person opens.

Why we ask

To write to you when we open access, to understand who we are opening to, and to answer what you ask us. You will get nothing else: there is no newsletter, and we neither sell nor pass these addresses to anybody.

How long it stays

As long as the waiting list is useful, until we have finished answering you, or until you ask us to remove them. There is no automatic deletion yet, and we would rather say so than let it be assumed.

How to have it removed

Ask from the contact form and we remove them. No reason is needed, and we will not ask you for more data to do it.

This page is not about your training data. That belongs to the coach who trains you and is theirs to explain: ask them.
