Adaptive Coaching OS

Every session makes the next one better.

There are a hundred things to remember about every client. Coachstack holds all of them, adapts to the way you work, and puts them in front of you at the right moment.

Are you a client? Your coach sends you the link: nothing to download, and you are not the one paying.

Training

Under the bar there is nothing to fill in. What the coach prescribed is already in the field, last time is right above it, and the set closes with one press.

The same session, from the other side. One row, not two copies. The coach writes to the same one from their screen, in the gym or remotely — and if you write together, theirs wins.

Last time is right above it.26 kg × 10 · RIR 2

Today’s load is already written.per dumbbell · from your coach

And the note sits on the movement.Pause for a moment at the bottom, without bouncing.

Then, one press.Record

And how the number came about stays written.as prescribed — not just 22.5 × 10

And you do not need a connection. All saved — the sets stay on the phone and go up later.

After

One sentence, and it stays.

I chose to hold the load because technique comes first, and it holds until the next session.

The engine

The next step, computed on the sessions you recorded. No proposal without evidence.

Two recorded sessions, six sets at the top of the range.

Progression proposals are in the Pro plan.

La proposta aperta del motore: affondi con manubri, più due chili, con le prove che la reggono, la regola che l’ha prodotta, la data entro cui decidere, e i due verbi — approva, oppure rifiuta e tieni 40 kg.

The move

You change software, you do not start over. The people, the programmes and the notes come with you.

Upload the file your tool exports, or paste the cells from your spreadsheet.

Your training history stays where it is: proposals start from the sessions you record here, from the second one onwards.

Questions

Before you leave your email.

The product

  • Is there anything to install?

No. Coachstack runs in the browser, on a computer and on a phone. The workout screen keeps recording where there is no connection: sets stay on the phone and go up when the line comes back. A dedicated app will come later.

  • What comes across from another tool?

Programmes and clients. Paste the text of a plan or a range copied from a spreadsheet, or upload a CSV or TSV file: exercises, sets and rest land in place, as a draft to refine before assigning it. Files, photos, scanned PDFs and workout history stay out.

  • Who decides a load increase?

The coach. The engine works out the next step from recorded sessions and proposes it with the evidence behind it — how many sessions it measured, which rule it applied, why that step. It stays a proposal until somebody approves it: no load changes on its own.

  • When does the engine start proposing?

From the second recorded session onwards. Proposals come from sessions recorded here, not from ones left elsewhere: in the first weeks the engine says little, and about somebody who has just started it says nothing. It is the same rule that keeps it from proposing without evidence.

  • Can the engine’s rules be changed?

Yes. When it proposes, when it holds back and how big a step is are nine thresholds in the coach’s settings. Every proposal names the rule it followed and keeps the thresholds it was born with: changing them rewrites nothing already proposed.

The person training

  • What does a client need in order to join?

Their coach’s link. From there they create an account with their own email and a password and open Coachstack in the browser: there is nothing to install and they pay nothing — the subscription is the coach’s.

  • Can a client see their own progress?

Yes. Beyond the workout screen they have their own history and their own trends: closed sessions one by one, loads over time, the measurements they recorded. A closed session is a fixed document, so it stays readable as it was even when the programme changes.

  • Who reads what a client writes?

Their coach. The data sits on servers in Europe, and our support cannot read pain reports, notes, messages, documents or measurements. What we collect and how we handle it is written out in full in the privacy notice.

  • What if coach and client record the same set?

A session is one row, not two copies: if the coach records from their own screen they write to the same one. When both values arrive together the coach’s stands, and the set keeps a record of who entered it — the client reads it next to the number.

Pricing and access

  • What counts as a client?

Every client on your list, except the ones you have finished with and archived. Somebody who pauses for a month still counts, because in the meantime their data stays where you left it.

  • What happens above a plan’s capacity?

You raise the capacity — more clients or more coaches — and pay only the increase, instead of jumping a whole plan for a few more people.

  • How do you get in, today?

From the waiting list: you leave your email and we write to you when we open access. There is nothing to pay today and nothing to cancel — no payment exists in the product yet. The commercial terms will be published before anybody pays anything.

  • Can the price change?

Until launch, yes: the figures above are the ones planned and they may still move. After that, not for anybody who came in from the waiting list — the first year runs at the price standing on the day we open, not at one decided later.

  • When does access open?

We open in small groups, a few coaches at a time. We write to you when it is your turn: your email is used for that and nothing else, and there is no newsletter.
