Terms of service
Version 2026-10-14
Terms of service for coaches. Pre-launch version.
The final version will be published before the commercial launch, and a new acceptance will be required.
1. Subject. Coachstack is software for managing a coaching practice. It enables the Coach to create training programs, assign them to their clients, and record and analyse training sessions. Coachstack provides the software; the professional service to clients remains the Coach’s responsibility.
2. Account and studio. The Coach is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity within their studio, including invitations sent to clients, and undertakes to report any unauthorised access without delay.
3. Acceptable use. Attempting to access the data of other studios, circumventing access controls or using the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
4. Client data. Data entered by clients in the Coach’s studio is processed under the Coach’s responsibility towards those clients. Coachstack processes it on the Coach’s behalf, solely to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice.
5. Termination. The Coach may stop using the service at any time and request the deletion of their personal data as set out in the privacy notice.
6. Beta phase and transition to paid plans.
6.1. During the beta phase the service is provided free of charge and involves no payment.
6.2. The beta phase has no fixed duration. Its end will be announced at least 30 days in advance, by email and within the service, together with the applicable prices and the date from which payment is due.
6.3. Coaches who register during the beta phase are charged, for their first twelve months of subscription, the price in force on the launch date.
6.4. If the Coach does not activate a paid plan when the beta phase ends, the studio remains available in read-only mode for 60 days. During this period the Coach and their clients may view its content and the Coach may export its data; no new sessions may be recorded and no changes may be made.
6.5. The Coach may activate a plan at any time during the 60 days, on the terms of clause 6.3; from activation, the studio is fully operational again.
6.6. If no plan has been activated after 60 days, the studio is closed with the same effects as a closure made by the Coach from the settings: the Coach’s account is deleted, and clients retain their own accounts and training history.
